    "PARIS TO FRANKFURT"

     Wendy h.
This was our first experience traveling by train. Our train was to be from Paris to Frankfurt main( I thought straight through) We had to change trains in Saarbrucken, and then had stops along the way. This was a little confusing as we noticed other trains that we could have changed to , to go directly to the Airport. But all in all it was a good experience and I am planning another trip in September from Amsterdam to Munich. Looking forward to it. Thank you. Every aspect of this journey was great. It made travelling from city to city easy. Booking was simple on the website. We got great seats. The train was comfortable and on time. Absolutely no problems. I will never fly city to city again in Europe when a service like this exists. We got very good seats for a competitive price. Very happy travellers!

Service and facilities were very good and staff polite and friendly. Wifi on board the train would be helpful for business travellers to continue to work on long journeys.    Value for money  Convenience

    "Less hassle than a plane"

     Jane a.  03/05/2013
It is so much more comfortable to sit on a train where you can move around, knit, read, watch a DVD listen to music without the agression found in airport checkins nowadays. The train was on time and cleaner and more friendly than most airlines.    Value for money  Convenience

An enyoable journey that was quiet and comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is not to serve the food and drink within 30 minutes of the beginning of a 6 hour journey!    Comfort  Value for money  Convenience

Comfortable and very pleasant. I would absolutely ride your train again and I would recommend it to others as well. One note however, please keep the bathrooms cleaner. That is to say, please clean the bathrooms and seating areas a little better when possible.    Comfort  Value for money  Convenience
