    Great trip | Janelle m. | 2014/08/02
"Had a great and easy trip with RailEurope to Paris. The only difficulty I had was in initially trying to book from San Sebastián to Paris as tickets for international journeys can only be mailed, which was difficult as I was in the road at the time. However I was easily able to catch the Euskotren from San Sebastián to Hendaye and then print tickets at the station for my Hendaye to Paris leg. Would have been more convenient if I could book straight through, but it was quite an easy solution. "

"We couldn't work out how to print our ticket at the station, so went to information. The lady in the information centre was wonderful and printed our ticket for us. We had quite a lot of luggage and were pleased that there was space on the train, next to our seat for our luggage. The train was clean, comfortable and fast. It certainly made a big difference to our trip - without having a long drive. The stations both in Hendaye and Bordeaux were well signposted and we had no problem navigating our way around. "
